This full cream Sheep Cheese is a Roller made out of curd elaborated from Sheep milk. The Sheep Cheese Roller must be kept at temperatures between +4ºC and +6ºC and has a useful life of 60 days from packaging.
Our cheese has a smooth and fine creamy texture and, of course, a pleasant taste together with a white and homogeneous appearance.
None of the raw materials or ingredients have been obtained from organisms genetically modified.
